Found this hidden place yesterday. Junkyard on Costilla between El Paso Street and Wahsatch Street. There are no signs or anything, so you might miss it. It’s right before the railroad bridge (or right after if you’re coming from downtown). There’s an old tuberculosis hut in the driveway for sale. It’s in pretty bad shape, but [...] The view from our living room. This is the crazy weather time of year in Colorado! One minute it’s 65 degrees and then an hour later it’s this! Tony's bar. It’s sort of a tradition that when it’s crazy snow we walk down to Tony’s for a drink. It only looks like I'm drinking really fast. DM [...] So, from time to time I bake. I had heard when I first got here that things are different up here at 6200 feet and that I’d need to make some changes. I never had much problem till I tied to make red velvet cupcakes. They exploded then sank (they were still delish). I asked around [...] It’s not every day you need a t-shirt printed. But when you do, this is your place. Eon Studios Screenprint was able to get Pink Kitty Studios printed t-shirts for the St. Patrick’s Day parade at short notice and at a very reasonable price — a better price than online, even.
