We’ve been so busy this summer that I haven’t had time to sit down and write real posts. Then when I do I have so many pictures that it’s just a lot easier to post them in a gallery with captions. So here’s another one of those!

Paris Crepe Euro Cafe, Colorado Springs

Ok, first off, you need to go here.

Second, don’t confuse it with the other two crepe places on Tejon Street. Those are all fancy and expensive. This one is casual and extremely well priced. They could raise their prices a dollar or even two dollars more per crepe and I’d still go!

Home Cookin!

Some things I’ve made lately.

Chocolate chip cookies from Joy of Cooking, which is by far the best recipe out there, way better than Toll House. Also instead of using regular chocolate chips I used these yummy little dark chocolate disks by Felchlin that I chopped up a little. Super tasty.

Palm Springs, Roscoe's, Escena Golf Club, Copley's

I spent a few days in Palm Springs with The ‘Rents and my brother. We stayed at the Horizon Hotel which is a fun mid-century modern hotel near downtown. It has a neat old history and I always love that.

Last week I went to L.A. We ate at the usual spots!
First was Amici Trattoria.
