We went to Nosh again for happy hour last week. Of course it was fab. I had a glass of malbec and Mike had some Jim Beam and a beer. We both had cheeseburgers and shared some sweet potato fries. I cooked it on high [...] I spent a few days in Palm Springs with The ‘Rents and my brother. We stayed at the Horizon Hotel which is a fun mid-century modern hotel near downtown. So, one place we go all the time but hardly ever talk about is Rico’s Cafe and Wine Bar- it’s part of Poor Richard’s. You know, the bookstore, toy store, and restaurant downtown.
