Well, that didn’t really work. We went out to eat a couple times, I didn’t use all the frozen chicken tenderloins, and yet, somehow I still went back to the grocery store yesterday and spent $70 more. I need to come up with a better plan and a more specific budget and try again. Meanwhile I DID [...] Remember when I made the focaccia? Here’s how it came out. It was yummy! I thought these lemons were pretty. I forget what this was- some Mexican breakfast item I made. Homemade pizza. I made the crust extra super thin which was good. But I want to try some different flours to really get a good flavor going. The Olive Branch in [...] All three of my computers broke recently. The netbook got a new harddrive so I lost all that data, the sony laptop is still dead- I think there are pics on it. The desktop was recovered but there weren’t that many pictures on it. Anyhow I was waiting to see how many pictures I could [...] As you probably know, the weather in Colorado is crazy. It’s been in the 70′s for awhile and today it’s 27 degrees. Supposed to be in the low 70s again next week for a day or two, so we’ll see. Having a hard time getting my summer list done with this flakey weather! Anyhow, lots of pics [...] On Saturday we went up to Buena Vista for river rafting. I didn’t take any pics cuz i didn’t want to get my camera wet. it was fun, tho!
