We’ve been so busy this summer that I haven’t had time to sit down and write real posts. Then when I do I have so many pictures that it’s just a lot easier to post them in a gallery with captions. So here’s another one of those! #gallery-1 { I spent the 4th of July weekend at my parents’ beach house in Laguna with the ‘rents and two of my brothers. It was fun! Laguna Beach, CA David made dinner one night. 4th of July was spent at a party on a private bluff. They had a kite flying contest. Despite our mighty team [...] I spent a few days in Palm Springs with The ‘Rents and my brother. We stayed at the Horizon Hotel which is a fun mid-century modern hotel near downtown. We recently went to the Park Bench Cafe in Huntington Beach. It’s in a park! There are little plastic tables with umbrellas to sit at. They also allow dogs (who even have their own menu!), which is sort of fun. But the food was only mediocre (its just the usual breakfast and lunch stuff) and the service [...] A crazy cheesecake for DM’s birthday. You can click the picture for the large printable version.
