A few things I’ve made lately: This was easy and good. One small onion, chopped. A couple of cloves of garlic, minced. A cup of dried white beans, rinsed but not soaked. 14 oz of canned tomatoes. A handful of chopped fresh basil. One bay leaf. Cover by an inch and cook overnight. I cooked it on [...] Some things I’ve made lately. Chocolate chip cookies from Joy of Cooking, which is by far the best recipe out there, way better than Toll House. Also instead of using regular chocolate chips I used these yummy little dark chocolate disks by Felchlin that I chopped up a little. Super tasty. Chocolate chip cookies, yum. It’s right down the street from my brother’s house and he goes there all the time so I wanted to try it.
